2[S]ea Apartments

The synthetic proposal concerns the design of an apartment building in the area of Pelekanos   of Patras. The location of the plot is privileged as it offers an open view to the sea.

The point of reference of the composition was the exploitation of the view towards Patra’s Gulf, as well as the creation of zones on the north side, that will create the necessary privacy to the occupants.

As a result, the facades of the building distinguish a diversity that fulfill these two requirements. The west side is characterized by maximum transparency, while the north by the view filter, formed by the wooden vertical elements, that creates the feeling of privacy and protection for the occupants, without hiding the view towards the sea and blocking the natural light into the building.

As for the vertical core of the building, it includes two floor apartments and an apartment that is structured on two floors, which also has an attic, two storage rooms on the ground floor level and a three-space parking lot on the same level.
