S-10

The S-10 is a four storey building having three independent floor apartments and open parking spaces for four cars, in the ground floor area. The basis of the architectural design is being reflected upon the building’s façade geometry. This is shaped in such a way that fulfils each flat’s owner need for privacy, while the building is located in such an area where most of the old structures remain pretty close to each other.  Every flat remains in close contact to the adjacent urban environment and demonstrates its design and material characteristics through the adoption of open space design and the introduction of modern facilities.
