Viewport Flats

The Viewport Flats project is located in Eleftheriou Venizelos Street, close to the new port of Patras.  The four story building’s design concept is based on the distinct geometrical shape of the land property and remains asymmetric both in plan and height. This asymmetry behaves as the link element between the two different skeleton volumes and becomes its main function characteristic along its height, ending to the roof garden at the top of the structure. The combination of volume separation, asymmetry and land property’s position in the area set up the structure’s dynamic views, which are being reflected both to its inhabitants and also to the adjacent areas.
